I have had my Aquaez RVP31 for about 2 years. recently something broke internally and I called to see if it could be repaired or if it needed to be replaced. The rep listened to my vacuum over the phone and determined that it was probably a part that was defective. A new head was shipped in a very timely manner. I have always been satisfied with my Aquaez vacuum but, I am even more satisfied with their customer service. I highly recommend this product for quality and service.

at 86 years old i love our vacuum cleaner have had no problems for two years. I reccomend it to all that have a above ground pool . I also use it in the hot tub

i bought RVP31 March 2022. used it twice aweek for approximately fifteen minutes each usage, i loved the product for cleaning shallow end 25' swim spa, around all the jets. end of August started to have charging problems, sent email to AquaEZ, no response. Sent 2nd email a week later, received immediate response from James, set date and time, when he could call and trubleshoot problem. James found the problem and it was my error, James is sending me the part necessary to solved my problem. i am totally happy with end results. i highly recommend this product.
